Thanks to an anonymous donor, the Magovac family received a donation of warm winter clothes. We would like to thank the donor, as well as everyone else for helping our children by providing continued support to our families.

We met the nine-member Magovac family from Rakitovo on February 13th. The married couple and their seven children, Boško (17), Kristijan (15), Helena (12), Ksenija (9), Predrag (7), Maja (6), Nikolina, are all tenants. The husband is employed, but his monthly salary is only 14,000 dinars.

This family would not be able to survive without social welfare. With the help of social welfare, child benefit and his salary, the family tries to cope, but oftentimes it is not enough, not even for the essential things.

Thank you to everyone who has shared their story, and also to the donor who has made this charity action possible!

Unfortunately, their struggle is not over.

All of the children are school-aged, so their needs increase every year. This family needs every form of aid: clothes, food, school supplies. Financial aid would also mean a lot to them so that they would be able to get through the winter months smoothly.
